The production process starts with high-quality raw materials: stainless steel stamping brackets, POM silent nylon wheels, and hollow rivets. These components are assembled through cold riveting forming, where the punch press tightly fastens the window roller’s wheel and metal bracket together, creating durable finished sliding rollers that meet the diverse demands of different markets.

Our entire production flow integrates sheet metal stamping, plastic wheel injection molding, and manual riveting assembly, enabling us to support small-batch flexible production for both door and window hardware accessories.
