On-site assembly workshop for aluminum sliding door rollers. Our workers conduct riveting processing on stainless steel roller brackets with a bench punch press.

Raw materials including stainless steel stamping brackets, POM silent nylon wheels and hollow rivets are assembled through cold riveting forming. The punch press tightly fastens the wheel and metal bracket to form finished sliding rollers.

The whole production flow covers sheet metal stamping, plastic wheel injection molding and manual riveting assembly. Small-batch flexible production is supported, with strict on-site inspection to guarantee stable load capacity, wear resistance and mute sliding performance of each roller.
